Cobasi Cuida is created, being Cobasi’s pillar, helping vulnerable pets in partnership with NGOs.

Cobasi Campinas Galleria is formed, our first pet store outside the city of São Paulo.
2010
Cobasi Barra Carrefour is established, being our first pet store outside the State of São Paulo.
2018
Cobasi is digitally renovated, with a focus on an omnichannel approach.
2020
Cobasi Eldorado, our one hundredth pet store, is inaugurated.
2021
Pet Anjo Intermediadora is acquired. It provides pet lodging, pet sitting, dog walking, pet training, and pet daycare services.
2022
Our first franchise, Pet Anjo, providing bathing and fur trimming services, is inaugurated.
2023
Mundo Pet is acquired, becoming the largest pet retail store in Northeastern Brazil.
2024
Cobasi and Petz enter into a business combination agreement, subject to approval by the Brazilian Antitrust Authority – CADE.
